Violation Enforcement / Complaints
The Red River Planning District addresses violations of any by-law that we administer, including the Zoning and Building By-laws for our member municipalities. These by-laws are available for viewing in-office or available on-line.
Typical violations include, but are not limited to:
- Building without a permit
- Conducting a use in an area not zoned for such use
- Unsafe or derelict structures
- Swimming pool enclosures/fencing
Complaints may be filed using the Violations Complaint Form below by fax, in person or by email. Please ensure that all sections are completed in full. Complaints without this information will not be investigated.
