Community Plans, By-laws & Studies

The Development Plan, Secondary Plans and municipal Zoning By-Laws work together to implement the overall vision, goals, and objectives for growth and development in the Planning District. Community plans are designed to achieve stated objectives for development and promote the optimum economic, social, environmental and physical condition of the area. In order to manage future growth and development in the Planning District, studies are conducted and plans are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
